    Pros: The interface is user-friendly and the features are very helpful for managing my team. The software has helped me to save time and improve communication with my staff.

    Cons: I don't think it's possible to have a different QR code to clock in and out for different locations in the same event. We use the same code for now but would be great to have a different one.

    Overall: I have been using Workstaff for my staff scheduling needs and I am extremely impressed with its functionality and ease of use.I highly recommend Workstaff for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient staff scheduling solution.

    Pros: The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it a breeze to schedule shifts and make changes on the fly. The notifications are a lifesaver, as they ensure that everyone is aware of their schedule and any changes that may occur. Plus, the ability to access the schedule from anywhere is a huge plus. Overall, Workstaff has significantly streamlined our scheduling process and made it a lot less stressful. .

    Cons: Would be great if you could flag the staff who don't show to events. We can put it it the notes but you need to look it up every time .

    Overall: I absolutely love using Workstaff for scheduling my staff! It's so convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient staff scheduling solution

    "Great app- easy to use ! "

    Pros: Easy to use , scheduling staff is done i a few minutes compared to before. Staff have access to their schedules on their phones. You can view who is clocked in and out from a distance. Mobile chat is great, no more emails.

    Cons: Wish you could do everything on the mobile app that you can do on the desktop version.

    Overall: Great tool for the price. Saves me a lot time on scheduling and for payroll. Easy to use and the employees like it as well. The QR code is wonderful to assure everyone that clocks in is actually there.
