To create an element draw a rectangle on the canvas and select the stencil that will be inserted there. Enabling the smart guides allows you to draw with greater precision and speed. Smart guides are temporary snap‑to guides that appear when you create or transform objects on the canvas. If you want to position a new object relative to an existing object smart guides will appear before you start drawing and continue re-appearing as you drag the cursor.
