    Pros: Low cost, no ongoing fees.
    Highly customizable.
    Excellent support.
    Robust import capabilities to preserve your previous comments library.
    Wysiwyg style lets you keep track of how the report looks as you go vs building it at the end.

    Cons: No support for iPad, mobile devices.
    Only runs on windows.

    Overall: Having tried many other reporting software platforms this is by far my favourite. We have been using whisper for over 6 years and are very happy with it.
