    "Fraudulent and a Scam - Breached contract with no cure or refund"

    Pros: Nothing - paid for full year Max and Daniel did not deliver anything and breached contract without refund or cure.

    Cons: Max and Daniel agreed to build this AI call agent with the promise that it would verify insurance eligibility. They left issues uncured for over 30 days that were not related to an external system and breached our contract. I provided detailed event log/email chains/phone records/screenshots of the incident and they have not refunded us anything after we paid for the year up front. There is no level of customer service and Daniel is quite condescending if you can ever manage to get him on the phone or an email reply.

    Overall: I never even got to deploy the system because it was promised to be a turn-key solution and after we prepaid and met all of their request deadlines for onboarding, we received no product, unresponsiveness from Max and Daniel, and wasted time.

    "Absolute Scam"

    Pros: HIPAA compliant. Apparently they can also check benefits but I wouldn't know since I canceled the service.

    Cons: They try to get you to sign a 12 month agreement. Communication is fine once you sign the agreement. Had 1 meeting and they ghosted me. Almost 3 weeks with no contact and I had to reach out to my credit card company. Got my money back. Stay away!!!! Signed up with another company.

    Overall: Horrible... scam. They talk you up and don't deliver anything! They have a two man operation.The founder who is the sales guy and then the co founder who is the guy who tries to on board you.

    Pros: I have been receiving services for years without any major difficulties, which is why I am so disappointed and confused by the current interruption. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of support or communication.

    Cons: I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Wendi and the company. I have been without phone service for over two weeks, and none of my emails have been answered. I also scheduled a meeting with Daniel Scalisi, Chief Operating Officer, but he did not attend. This ongoing issue is severely impacting my psychotherapy center, as my patients rely on a functioning phone line for assistance. The lack of support and resolution is unacceptable.

    "Going good until it wasn't"

    Pros: The ease of being able to see the calls, messages, insurance benefits and client weeding. My boss and I were both able to take care of the calls.

    Cons: If anything happens you can not get anyone to email you back. No phone number to call for help.

    Overall: Wendi was working great until about a week ago. Number said it was not in service, texts would not go out. They sure took the money out of the account though. No one ever gets back to you when you send in a ticket and you can not call anyone as there is no number listed to call. Even tried calling the sales line just to get someone to call me back. No my boss has missed out on opportunities with clients and I cam trying to make sure her current clients know what is going on and hope they are not upset with us for Wendi shutting down with absolutely no notice at all!

    Cons: Paid full price, no support and system failed, after paying full price, NO SUPPORT AND NEVER GOT TO USE PRODUCT, THE SUPPORT AND MAX AND DAN ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDSTERS

    Pros: Convenient for patients. At first it worked very well. Now I can not think of a single good thing for this product.

    Cons: After almost 2 years of good quality. It suddenly turned into a nightmare. Unable to log into my account, unable to see missed calls. No number to contact customer service. I email customer service and they NEVER give any usable information. Suddenly patients are not able to call the office, no calls are getting through. Means now my company is not able to receive any calls and we are missing out on revenue. I've emailed MULTIPLE TIMES and nothing has changed. My next step...considering some type of lawsuit.

    Overall: Horrible, I urge any & everyone, DO NOT BUY this product. Customer service is nowhere to be found.

    "The most worst and horrible service "

    Pros: Nothing. No customer support I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. To be honest, there are no pros I can highlight. From start to finish, the service was frustrating and unprofessional.

    There is no customer service phone number, and their communication is nearly nonexistent. I reached out multiple times through email and received no helpful responses—if I got a reply at all. When problems arise, you’re left without any real way to get support or resolution.

    It’s unacceptable for a company to operate with such a lack of accountability. The entire experience felt like a one-way transaction—once they have your payment or information, you’re completely ignored.

    I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. It’s been a complete waste of time and money.

    Cons: There's is no customer service phone number for support. You have to email and wait up to 48 hours for replies. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. One of the most frustrating parts is that there is no customer service phone number available. If you run into an issue or need help, you're essentially on your own. I tried reaching out multiple times through their listed channels, and received either no response or vague, unhelpful replies days later—if at all.

    The lack of direct customer support is unacceptable, especially for a business that claims to offer reliable service. In today’s world, not having a working support phone line—or at least responsive email support—is a major red flag. It feels like once they’ve received your payment or information, they disappear.

    This experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied. I expected a minimum level of professionalism and communication, and unfortunately, this company failed to meet even that. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service or support.

    Overall: I've kept Wendi because I've haven't had time to find a different company and because of transition all my clients file.

    Pros: Nice chatbot in the website. Good to have the ability to check client's insurance benefits. Good customer support.

    Cons: I left Wendi 3 days ago after my 1-yr contract because it did not work for my older clientele. But till today, I have not been able to transfer my business phone number out of Wendi because they just do not respond to my emails and calls. It has been very frustrating. Getting a new phone number for my business at this point would be a headache. I keep hoping someone at Wendi will contact me and let me know how to get the Portal Pin # to be able to transfer my phone number elsewhere.

    Overall: My experience has been bittersweet. I liked the idea of their bot and the ability to check on insurance benefits. But it did not work for my clientele, which is older and do not like to work with bots. They gave me a few discounts to see if I would stay with Wendi, but they did not let me close the contract earlier than 1 yr. Now that I am out, I cannot get to transfer my phone number of many years out of Wendi. Very disappointing.

    Pros: Has saved me from hiring someone else and my future patients don’t have to be kept waiting. Customer service awesome too.

    Cons: Just a couple hiccups with set up. All in all very satisfied though.

    Overall: From demo to set up all went surprisingly smooth! Bottom line has saved me a lot of money and made things easier for the patients. Win win.
