    Pros: I’ve been using Wellnessta for the past year, and it’s become an essential part of our salon operations. Appointment scheduling, client reminders, staff coordination, and even billing have become much easier. Our customers enjoy the smooth booking process, and the automated SMS/email notifications really help reduce missed appointments.
    The interface is simple enough for our team to use without training, and the reporting features give us a clear picture of daily performance. It has made managing the salon much more organized.

    Cons: Nothing major. It would be nice to see more integrations with third-party tools in the future, but the platform already covers most of what we need day-to-day.

    Pros: I have been using the app for almost 6 months now. The app has made it easy for my salon customers to book their slot as per their convenience, avoid waiting at the salon for their service saving both their time and the crowd at salon.
    We are happy that we are using this.

    Cons: Nothing as such. It would be great if they could find ways to target more salon goers even for small services.

    Overall: The service has helped each one of in the salon manage the time and crowd. Overall experience has been great and we wish more salon and spa owners onboard

    Pros: 1.Easy Appointment Management – I used to keep booking records in excel. It was difficult for me to manage. Now managing appointment is easy for me.
    2. Get proper reminders: Helps avoid overlaps and no-shows with clear scheduling and automated reminders.
    Online Booking – Lets clients book 24/7, which improves convenience and business visibility.
    3.Reports – I can check bookin history, invoice at one place
    4. It allows me to generate invoice, which is very good.

    Cons: It is usefull for my day to day business need. so no cons for me as such.
    Only I inventory can be more advanced, which i am sure will happen.

    Overall: We've been using this software at our salon for the past few months, and it has truly streamlined our daily operations. From appointment scheduling and client reminders to inventory and billing, everything is well-integrated and easy to manage.

    The interface is user-friendly, even for staff who aren’t very tech-savvy. I especially appreciate the automated SMS/email reminders and detailed reports that help track performance and client visits.

    Pros: A. Increase in new bookings, especially from customers I wouldn’t have reached otherwise.
    B. Very easy to use and to manage slots and services.
    C. Payments are always on time.

    Cons: Honestly nothing to complain till now, so far the experience is amazing.

    Overall: It’s rare to find a platform that genuinely helps small businesses grow — Wellnessta is one of them! The team is so humble and polite and works as if they are doing it for their own business.
