Wash-Dry-Fold POS

Pros: The simple process of using buttons that have pre set settings. We also like the scale integration that communicates to the POS (Taking away human error for our employees) We have seen a huge increase in revenue due to this feature.

Cons: I wish it could do a subscription model for customers so they can be on a reoccurring subscription program for laundry sales

Overall: I love the POS and wouldn't change it. Its been great for our team. Our team likes being able to see there hours as they clock in and clock out. And it makes running payroll so easy for our management team.

Pros: We have been using this program since April 2020. Initial set up was quick and easy. Our staff loves using this program as it is extremely user friendly and navigation is a breeze. Daily and monthly reporting program is a bonus. We have tried other programs prior to this program and this one is the best!

Cons: Overall the program is great. The only things we would like to see added is another option in the "order tracker" to indicate when we hang items to dry. Also, when using the "help" section, it would be nice to be able to type in a question or key word to find topics relating to questions vs having to read all of the topics. That would also decrease the submission of help tickets to the software provider if we could easily locate answers.

Overall: Overall, we love the program and will continue to use it and also recommend in highly to other laundromats and wash, dry and fold companies.

Pros: An extremely reliable system. Simple to use. Great reporting functions. The ability to handle store maintenance tickets. A good time tracking system with the ability for employees to make correction request which saves time.

Cons: I wish it had more functionality with texting customers

Overall: I've been in the laundry industry since 2012 and have used several systems. Wash Dry Fold POS has been the most functional and easy to use system that I have seen. Our staff likes it. It is very easy to train new team members on the system.

Pros: - SUPER USER friendly (even non tech-savvy employees understand in no time)
- Great support staff, always there for you if you have questions
- Ability to customize to fit your store or multiple stores if they operate different
- employee time tracking
- reports for just about anything and everything

Cons: Honestly not much as they are always pushing updates to help make everything more selective for your store.

Overall: The wash-dry-fold POS truly meets all expectations when it comes to a turn key POS for our laundromat. As a new owner, we need to do a quick transition and are we glad we went with wash-dry-fold POS. They were in our beginning tenches with us and helped us through many set-up hurdles but not only support us through the training of their product but also giving us advice as to how other stores using the POS system tend to use functions they offer. After a year, we have had no issues and any suggestions we have mentioned eventually became updates and helped us grow our business further. I am looking forward to having them help us continue to grow.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to setup, great reporting features. The POS is robust and the remote management from any device makes it ideal for multi-store operators.

Cons: A few minor tweaks nothing major - being able to accept partial payments on orders would be great.

Overall: My experience in 4 plus years with multiple locations has been outstanding - I love the product. I can't imagine running my business without it.

Pros: The Wash-Dry-Fold POS system is intuitive for the employees, has powerful reporting capabilities for the business owner, and is able to be tailored to your specific business needs. This system has saved me countless hours of time at month end by producing invoicing statements to send to billed customers. This system is a well thought out software product which allows additional capabilities to be added over time. An example is the well designed Pickup/Delivery module which is expansive yet simple to use. Another feature is the Timesheet module to capture payroll type information in a simple manner. I can not over emphasise the importance of the Wash-Dry-Fold POS system to our overall business operation.

Cons: There is nothing I can think of as a negative to Wash-Dry-Fold POS.

Overall: My experience with the Wash-Dry-Fold POS has been outstanding from the very beginning a few years ago. There have been improvements over the years which have actually made our business stronger (ex: the Pickup/Delivery module has allowed us to increased our sales) and made our employees more productive.

Pros: We have been a customer for over 6 years. WDFPOS is a user friendly, seamless and modern, all-in-one, solution to operating our laundromat with software features that allow easy management within a flexible, need driven, system. From original setup and install, to daily operation, Brian and his team are available by email and phone. We serve customers faster with the integrated weight scale, receipt printer, label printer and card reader. Attendants especially like the barcode scanner. Each order has a barcode at the bottom of the order and attendants save a lot of time scanning the barcode when additions or modifications need to be made to an order. The “feedback” function is one of the softwares top strengths (in my opinion) when evaluating WDFPOS. It allows any attendant to immediately (in the software) give comments or ask questions. Responses are always received with easy to follow instructions and videos with phone support if needed. We use reports for daily management, record keeping, payroll and monthly excise tax calculations. WDFPOS is the “whole package” when operating our business. If I ever dream up an “I wish I had” item, I usually find it’s already there!!

Cons: This is a tough question because right off, I can’t think of anything I would consider a con.

Overall: WDFPOS has been most helpful to our laundromat with responsive, professional customer service. Using WDFPOS for over six years, we can’t imagine doing business without them. It is comforting to us that we have a system developed and designed by a company who are also laundromat owners and operators. WDFPOS knows every aspect of the laundromat business!! Improvements and advancements are frequently being added to the software and feedback from users (US!!) is always considered. We are busy, busy, busy and could not successfully manage or operate our business as well as we do without the user friendly software and hardware accessories that WDFPOS offers. WDFPOS has helped our business grow.
