Pros: Wappbiz is amazing! Bulk messaging is smooth, and their customer support is super helpful.

Cons: Few Integrations on website but they have custom integrations.

Overall: Highly recommended!

Pros: I like the chatbot feature the most. I could build a chatbot specific to my requirements without coding. This feature has helped me in getting more orders as all customers can get basic information 24/7 from the chatbot and I don't have to be available all the time. I was also happy to receive the assistance from their support for understanding the process of building chatbot.

Cons: I also get orders from facebook and Instagram, it would have been great to use these functions there as well.

Overall: Initially, I got this for WhatsApp marketing but I am very happy with all the other functions I have for analysing data from campaign and also the chatbot feature.

Pros: Very Smooth work flow, easy to implement and saves a lot of time, I am using this for my business work and lead generation.

Cons: New in the Market, Need to work on multiple Integration, But for WhatsApp Broadcasting and automation with lead queries it's very smooth
