    Pros: I love how easy it is to check in with WaitWell and immediately see my spot in line. The text updates are especially helpful because I don’t have to waste time sitting around — I can go about my day and still know exactly when it’s my turn. The system is simple and intuitive to use, so I never needed instructions to figure it out. Overall, it makes the process far less stressful, and every time I’ve used it, it’s worked smoothly and reliably, which gives me a lot of confidence in the experience.

    Cons: Honestly, nothing bad to say - really like their easy to use interface. Saves me time and I'm sure helps the business that uses it.

    Overall: Super easy to use and I appreciated being able to wait in my car instead of having to stand in line. So much less stress - why didn't someone think of this sooner?!
