    "Worst Experience – No Service After Payment "

    Pros: Maybe the UI looks okay — it's clean and modern at first glance, and the dashboard seems user-friendly. But that’s about it. There’s nothing functional beyond the design. It gives a false impression of a working product.

    Cons: No response after payment, support ignores emails, zero reliability.

    Overall: I paid for the service but never got access to my instance. Even after multiple follow-ups, they didn't respond to my emails. Totally unprofessional and seems like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend WaAPI to anyone.

    Pros: Absolutely terrible – constant crashes, zero support, and not a single benefit. Total waste of money!

    Cons: Avoid this platform at all costs! It’s extremely unstable and crashes frequently, making it nearly impossible to use reliably. On top of that, customer support is practically non-existent — you’re left completely on your own. Subscribing to this service was a big mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    Overall: Would give 0 starts if I could.

    Pros: Simple API to integrate to SAAS products. It is the most flexible way to let the users of your app use a WhatsApp integration since it works similar to WhatsApp web.

    Cons: I would like to have faster response from support. It usually takes 1 or 2 business days.

    Overall: I recommend this app for software that needs to connect to WhatsApp in a simple, reliable way. It's great that they do offer a free trial period.

    Pros: It offers most of the features I need. It used to be more stable in the beginning but it seems things are falling apart these days.

    Cons: - Not stable, instances go down from time to time
    - Technical support is awful, they take ages to respond (when they do!)
    - It lacks the newest features and it seems there's no effort to release any soon

    Overall: I wouldn't recommend to anyone and will be soon moving over to another provider. Their price is good but I'd rather pay more and have a better support.

    Pros: Easy to use and cheap pricing. features include all we need and webhook integration works great for us.

    Cons: UI could be a little bit better and documentation, while covering everything, should get more details.

    Overall: Overall we are very happy with the reliability and general service. We use this to communicate with our customers and automate their requests over WhatsApp.

    Pros: Multiple instances.
    If an instance gets disconnected it will send an alert.
    Highly customizable.
    Cheaper alternative.

    Cons: It seems to work with WhatsApp Web RPA, so it had the general WhatsApp web issues, like randomly disconnects and shutdowns. However, knowing how the service works you can anticipate these issues.

    I would improve the ticket response time (is about 48hrs).

    Overall: It will not work like the original WhatsApp API, however is a great alternative if you now how to use it.

    Pros: Pricing is lesser when compared to other services and also they provide multiple instances. Customizable.

    Cons: Not recommended. I bought the 20 instance plan because of better pricing than other services. But instances often logged out and not even connect after that. I have been sending lot of emails to them. But they didn't help.

    So if you want uninterested service better stay away from them

    Pros: Unlimited Messages without further costs.
    Quick and efficient support.
    Easy setup with 2 numbers.
    Messages have no delay.

    Cons: To be honest, until now, we have not noticed anything bad.
    Pricing is pretty fair. Documentation is great, but not styled, but it doesn't matter.

    Overall: We have setup several campaigns for bulk messaging WhatsApp messages with WhatsAPI because we did not get WhatsApp Business API for our case and we are very happy to have this solution right now.

    Pros: - cheap pricing
    - works reliable
    - allows multiple WhatsApp numbers
    - easy to use and understand API which allows all kind of messages to be sent

    Cons: Out of the box support (nodejs) library is only available for php for now. used the docs to implement this in a nodejs app.

    Overall: Great tool to send marketing campaigns over WhatsApp, would recommend for anyone in need of a reliable WhatsApp API.
