VoucherCart

Pros: I have been working with Voucher Cart for almost five years now. We use it at several of our hotels and we've been very happy with the platform and all the features it provides. It is so much more than a voucher platform for us. Each hotel uses it in different ways - from just regular vouchers to using it as a ticket system where people can purchase a vouchers to an event. It allows us to make the vouchers ourselves, say what we want to say and use many images to sell the product. All decided by ourselves, we don't have to ask them to do anything for us - With the exception of the original setup of the system and voucher types and formats. But if we want to change anything we just ask them and they do it for us. Also it has many social sharing options, and best of all their customer service is exceptional! Available weekdays and every time I contact them I have someone back to me within an hour at the latest, but usually much quicker. And they don't stop until they can solve or explain an issue to me.

Cons: There are small functionality features that are inconvenient - with previewing, and with scrolling . Very minor nitpicking. No cons of any substance.

Overall: I have had nothing but positive experiences when contacting VC, and they keep adding features. Often features or programming we have requested, have now been added and more keep coming. We are very happy and we keep using them with more and more of our hotels.

Pros: VoucherCart is a fantastic product—simple to use, reliable, and very effective. On top of that, the customer service is excellent, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Cons: No major issues so far. The platform works well for our needs.

Pros: We appreciate how straight forward it is to create a voucher and place restrictions in place. The mews integration has been very helpful as well.

Cons: We would rather a flat fee versus a commission based fee.

Overall: Overall we have enjoyed our experience with voucher cart especially the responsiveness of the team and their speed to resolve any issues.
