"Lousy customer service " Posted 2025-08-08
Pros: Not much. Vistaprint looks good on their website. But when you start ordering things and have a problem. Good luck getting any help.
Cons: Customer service is a joke (offshore call center).
Check-out process is clunky.Overall: Terrible customer service.I will never use this company again. Their online checkout system would not process my order for new business checks, for an unknown reason. I called customer service and they said it was because the address on the checks was not the exact same address for delivery (which makes sense for security purposes). But the only difference was, I had spelled out North for my street address.on the checks. But used the capital letter "N." on the delivery address. They said there was no way to simply change the "error" -- which wasn't really an error, it's just their computer could not recognize that even though they were slightly different, it is the same address (something a human being could have recognized, but not any humans at Vistaprint). They said I would have to reinput all of the information for the checks. Customer service was more than happy to just cancel my order as opposed to fixing the problem. Awful customer service! Terrible. And their reliance on computer programs to check customers out needs a major overhaul.
