Patients Your Way (PatYW) ensures that diet office staff are aware of each patient’s nutritional history, including meal patterns, food preferences, and clinical orders. With PatYW, data is continuously updated during patient stays, incorporating new dietary needs & recommendations, as well as changes noted in meal preferences or patterns.
PatYW is designed to integrate seamlessly with the facility’s Order Entry, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and ADT systems to collect & manage real-time patient data. These systems automatically update VST’s patient records, assuring staff can facilitate a safer, and more satisfactory, healthcare experience. When a patient is discharged, all historical data is securely archived in the event the patient returns. Archived data is easily referenced, recalled, and/or updated by authorized foodservice staff.
