"Awful approach - only interested in what you can spend with them" Posted 2022-02-16
Pros: None... literally nothing. They have a shiny website but that's it, behind the scenes is nothing of substance.
Cons: When you try to get a tour arranged to see the tool in action you then get spammed by their sales team only interested in your job title and how much you are able to spend with them. I've asked repeatedly for them to stop contacting me but still get messages from them.
Overall: Never seen such a lack of customer awareness in a company. For an organisation that's meant to be innovative, forward-thinking and customer focussed it's so disappointing.
