    "PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!"

    Pros: No pros from my experience.

    Cons: Convoluted program. Constantly brings you back to log in even after logged in. Couldn't figure out how to download multiple links at once and customer service couldn't help. Back and forth with no resolution.

    I normally wouldn't leave a negative review for things that may not be as good as I had hoped, EXCEPT for the fact that when I went to update my subscription and didn't realize that I had paid $79.99 for a Pro subscription that was MONTHLY instead of YEARLY and realized that as soon as I got my email notification of the purchase and requested a refund, they straight up refused, even though it clearly says that refunds can be issued within the first 7 days. I requested it in less than 7 MINUTES! Multiple back and forth emails and no luck at all. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

    Overall: Terrible, mostly relating to customer service, although the program is very hard to navigate.
