    Pros: I have been using this since somewhere between 2008-2010 and have never had any significant problems. It's very easy to use and reliable.

    Cons: The one and only thing is that if your payment doesn't go through for some reason they deactivate your account right then with no warning; it only takes a minute to fix but annoying when you are in the middle of seeing patients.

    Overall: Excellent. I like it so much that when I got an EHR for my private practice, I declined the ERx and kept Veradigm as a stand-alone program.

    "If I could give zero stars, I would"

    Pros: Nothing. Unable to get hold of anyone on the phone. Since we were a "Basic" subscriber, we did not rate the privilege of being able to talk to a person. As soon as we found another e-prescribe service, we changed over.

    Cons: Difficulty getting communication from them, among many other problems.

    Overall: Not good. Never received notice that they were going to charge us 544% more one day! They had all kinds of excuses, and no apologies.
