Pros: Nothing. Veho sucks. They do not do the only thing that is their job. Deliver a package. Where did they even come from? I had never heard of them before and now all of the sudden many retailers are using them. Super unfortunate since they are terrible.
Cons: Tracking said my Lululemon package was out for delivery then said delivered. I get home and the package that was delivered was from old navy. Dealing with the chat and text was stupid. They give stupid answers and dumb suggestions. Oh, it says delivered, check with a neighbor. Uh yeah, I have the driver on my ring camera delivering an old navy package and no Lululemon package. Finally via text they tell me package was "lost in transit." Ok so it was out for delivery and it got lost? How does that work? The driver took it or lost it or delivered to someone else. Luckily they told Lululemon that they lost my package so I could get a refund relatively quickly. I guess they just saved me money since I won't be ordering online with anyone that uses this crap delivery service.
Overall: Awful. My package was never delivered. The chat sucks. The texting sucks. No delivery and crappy customer service. What else could I not want?

Pros: None, rarely on time, false excuses for days late delivery. When late, tracking failures are occur most of the time. I no longer order on line from companies that use Veho
Cons: Terrible unreliable delivery service. I tried get my meal service delivered by them. Abject failure
Overall: Won’t use them and won’t buy from any online company that uses them. Abject failure of a delivery service. The icing on the cake they lie constantly
