Pros: We found that it was very good at giving our audience the ability to modify the existing visuals on the site. Enlarging text, increasing line height, modifying contrast, were very handy.

Cons: There not anything that I haven't liked so far. It does the job well.

Overall: It is a nice set of tools for accessibility and it offers a easy way to let our users modify the site to better fit their needs.

Pros: It is easy to use, has tools to prioritize fixes, and offers tips on how to improve your site as you learn or later when you are advanced. I knew nothing about accessibility when I started, but I learned quickly with UserWay and the solution provided the tools needed to set our initial priorities.

Cons: I would like another icon for an accessible site, a thumbs up.

Overall: We started out to mitigate a problem but embraced the solution and were shown how to take things to another level; UserWay was an excellent partner in exposing us to the potential and showing us how to get to where we wanted to be.

Pros: UserWay offers the same service at a much lower price.
The setup is easy and quick, taking less than five minutes.
The support is friendly and well-informed.
The features are comparable to those of the competitors.
There are no hidden fees, just what you need.

Cons: The only downside I can see is the cost, but they seem to offer the best deal. They have been cooperative and excellent to work with..

Overall: UserWay is affordable and easy to use for my medium-sized online business. It gives me peace of mind and security!

Pros: I like the simplicity of UserWay. Very easy to set up and I can sleep at night knowing we are ADA compliant.

Cons: There is actually nothing to dislike. Like I already mentioned this was very easy to install and is very user friendly.

Overall: I would suggest UserWay to anyone who is concerned about their website being ADA compliant. We compared other providers and found UserWay to be the best value for the money.

Pros: Customer Service is fantastic.

Overall: Good to have. Tried several competitors and settled on UserWay. Have good administration interface, reports.

While other providers cash in on this requirement, UserWay ensure the best possible service at a fair price. There is next to no maintenance once set up, however their live chat support is instant and really helpful if and when needed.

Cons: Designwise the Widget isn't fully customisable, would like the ability to align the design with our website.

Overall: We would recommend UserWay AI to anyone. Easy to install, easy to use, fairly priced accessibility solution.

Pros: We love how easy it is to implement this tool into our website. Being able to customise the widget to our brand and site layout is really helpful. It's more than just a front end accessibility widget for our site visitors (which is the best one we've found) the accessibility reports and real time monitoring are excellent. The admin dashboard is really easy to navigate too.

Cons: There's nothing we don't like but it would be great to have detailed analytics on usage so we can understand more about our site visitors that use the widget.

Overall: For a business like ours where inclusion and access is at the core of what we do having a tool like UserWay in our belt makes living our values super easy when it comes to web accessibility. This is a tool we use and recommend to our clients.
