About Unstoppable Copier
Recovers files from disks with physical damage. Allows you to copy files from disks with problems such as bad sectors, scratches or that just give errors when reading data. The program will attempt to recover every readable piece of a file and put the pieces together. Using this method most types of files can be made useable even if some parts of the file were not recoverable in the end. The program can be used as a daily backup system using its batch mode functions. A list of transfers can be saved to a file and then run from the command line to perform the same batch of transfers on a regular basis without having to use the GUI interface. The program supports command line parameters which allow the application to be run from schedulers or scripts so it can be fully integrated into daily server tasks.

yCopy2 is a backup/sync tool with multi-threading and a rich set of command-line variables. Warning: the SYNC option will recursively delete files & folders from the destination path which aren't present on the source. Use with caution, and experiment with unimportant files first. I've been using yCopy2 to back up my stuff for a couple of years now, but that doesn't mean the program will suit your needs. Use this software at your own risk. Due to a limitation in Microsoft .Net, yCopy cannot back up files where the source or destination path + filename is longer than 256 characters. E.g. C:\Temp\etc\etc\more stuff\(to a depth of 256 chars)\Some really long file name.doc. A network mode where yCopy2 will communicate in a client-server fashion, speeding up lan backups. Build-in explorer shell make is very simple in use. You can download any files and directories by pressing right button and choosing KillCopy to.. to change target directory. KillCopy can shutdown system after copy completes, can play sound and ask user to open target directory. KillCopy can copy files to some targets simultaniously. Also you can start KillCopy from command line. By changing buffersize you can set best settings for maximum speed. Increasing this size will increase transfer, but use high values only when there is enough RAM in system. Also you can use lower values when copy by low quality connection.

It can also wait for network or device reconnection. Unnecessary files can be skipped to reduce the transfer time. During the process, TeraCopy shows detected errors, and allows you to fix the problem by recopying only the problematic files. TeraCopy can verify files after they have been copied to ensure that they are identical. This is done by comparing hashes of source and target files. TeraCopy can optionally show a confirmation dialog on every drag and drop operation. It can prevent you from moving folders accidentally from one location to another. TeraCopy can keep history of recently used directories, as well as show folders which are open in Explorer and other file managers.
