Pros: Absolutely nothing. every person there should be fired.

Cons: There is no customer service. They will strait up steal from you. worthless in every way. they tried to refund me $1 because an entire order was wrong. i spent TWO DAYS trying to resolve. what a joke.

Overall: This company is a scam that is designed to rob you. Stay away.

Pros: If you are busy during your work day or stuck at home with a sick child it is nice to order a meal that can be sent to your home.

Cons: Very expensive. I am still at the point of life where it is worth my time to go pick up food instead of paying almost double what the food is just to have someone deliver it to me.

Overall: Overall, if you are willing to spend a lot more money for your meals to have them sent to you I would say Uber Eats is the place you should go.

Pros: Provides such easy access to various local restaurants. The convenience that Uber Eats provides with their many drivers is incredible.

Cons: Uber Eats has to many fees for their services. I understand that it helps the drivers be paid, but there should be another way to account for that.

Overall: Overall, I am thankful for the ease that Uber Eats provides to getting access to meals. They offer such a variety.

Pros: I like how user friendly the app is. It's very intuitive, and all around easy to use. I also like the discounts American Express gives when you connect your card. I also like the help feature if there is a problem with your order, it has worked pretty good for us. I also like that it saves recently used addresses if you get deliveries at more than one location.

Cons: There isn't anything I would change at this point with the app.

Overall: My overall experience with Uber Eats is great. I like all of the functionality of the app, as well as its ease of use and nice design.

Pros: Instead of delivering our lunch the driver phoned us to shout at us and say he'd thrown it in the bin. Getting any kind of resolution to that has proven impossible. Tweets are answered by 'bots. E-mails are answered by 'bots that just send you round and round in circles. If you phone the 'bot tells you you're not worth bothering with and just hangs up.

Cons: Everything about it stinks to the highest vaults of Heaven.

Overall: The worst customer care I have experienced. Ever. The whole thing is automated to get rid of complaining customers whilst keeping their money. Parasites.

Cons: With comparison to other apps, Uber Eats doesn't provide the menu and other details of other restaurants. During night time Uber Eats service doesn't work well sometimes, as many restaurants reject orders. And a lot of areas is yet to be cover by them as they don't provide their services there.

Overall: This as is nice for food ordering But one should order food timely or in Evening as night services are not so good on Uber Eats. This app shares the distance between you and the food court from you want to order. The best thing is it provides a good discount on the very first order from Uber Eats.

Overall: I have used uber eats for so long in India. It is one of the best applications which provide great service and 100% satisfaction. You can order daily meals which can provide for 1 person also. On an overall level uber has maintained its world-class service in the food delivery domain has well. Sad to see that there are no uber eats in India anymore. I will try it out whenever I get a chance to go abroad.

Pros: I use Uber Eats when studying or doing research past midnight. By that time, few restaurants are open, and walking to them and back to the lab or to home isn't really a safe or time efficient process, so I order with Uber Eats.

Cons: I'm the type of person who likes to see the food being prepared, or what others are ordering, especially if it's a place I don't frequent too often. Obviously you can't do that with a delivery app, but what bothers me more is that sometimes the drivers are dishonest and will take one of my two orders of fries, for example. And I know it's the driver's problem because I call the restaurant and they confirm they had my order right... and don't get me started on the fees. It's hard, I get it, for the app to be profitable, but the fees are downright exorbitant. You can end up having to order a $15+ hamburger or pay like $7 in delivery fees and whatnot.

Overall: The UI is easy to understand and the app has its uses sometimes. But it's not really cheap and you might not get your full order.

Cons: Their service and delivery charges are little high. Especially for a single person, who orders for just one meal. There should be some criteria for number of person.
