Pros: Feature-packed (heatmaps, recordings, a/b tests, events, etc.)
Very fast, even on a cheap VPS.
Fast support.Cons: Some parts of the interface could look a bit nicer.
Overall: I check the dashboard daily, very insightful to see the visitor's journey, what pages they visit and what actions their take.

I also like that it's self-hosted, so I don't send data to Google.
