"Poor UI, Bad Output, Tool hardly works" Edited 2025-07-24
Pros: Typeface sounds good on paper, with a solid narrative and a slide of notable investment and technology partners.
While they promote a multimodal platform as a key differentiator, this is no longer a unique selling point—multimodal capabilities have become standard across the industry.Cons: The platform is largely non-functional in its current state. Claimed integrations are either minimal or entirely absent. The user interface feels outdated, and the self-serve experience is effectively unusable.
Attempts to get support led to being routed to a team based in India. They tried to create content on my behalf. may be relying on outsourced content creation rather than true platform functionality.Overall: The experience was extremely disappointing. Although we signed up for a free trial via the website, our credit card was charged immediately.

Our marketing team attempted to evaluate the product but found it unusable, especially when compared to ChatGPT/Claude. Despite claims of brand training capabilities, we were unable to generate content that reflected our brand voice.
The user interface felt outdated, and support offered little help—ultimately steering us toward a $350,000 enterprise plan, which was both unexpected and unjustified based on our initial experience.
