Interface is easy to use if you can actually get the results you have requested. Cons: Ordered employment and an income verification for a state employee with 29 years of experience in the same job. Got 15 months of income back on what is a useless report. ZERO response from customer service. $39 down the drain. Overall: It was a complete waste of time and money.     Probability You Would Recommend?1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10"They're blocking my mortgage by an error" Posted 2024-11-28Pros: They verify income. I'm buying a house. Loan 1. Income verified by TRUV. Huntington bank account and Charles Schwab account verification went through without issue. 
 House inspected and found a $20k foundation issue. Had to pass.
 Loan 2. Pulled info from loan 1. Go to close. Seller took out a second mortgage, was financially incompetent and didn't what they did and closing fell through.
 Loan 3. Up against the rocks. We are military. Have orders in like 3 weeks. We need stuff working. The loan people say to verify again.
 Now the TRUV API in starts kicking back errors for Huntington and Charles Schwab. Won't connect. Can't get tech support... Speediness to close is now gone. Jesus...
 Please. Just workCons: It worked once and now it doesn't work which is frustrating and tech support doesn't answer the phone. Overall: It didn't work when I really need it to which really really sucked.     Probability You Would Recommend?1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10"One of the worst software buying experiences of my life" Posted 2024-10-15Pros: Truly one of the worst customer experiences I have had buying and using software in my life. I can honestly say that there weren't any pros to my experience with Truv ...it was a total waste of my time. Cons: The first problem is actually the people, not the product. Buyer beware: the leadership at this company completely lacks integrity and professionalism. The sales team massively over-promises on the product's feature set and value prop. When things don't work, Truv will play the blame game and shirk responsibility. 
 
 Which brings me to the second problem..the product. Several end-users have found the Truv experience to be "wildly intrusive" and untrustworthy (which seems to be a common sentiment, just search "Truv" "intrusive" on Google to see similar threads on Reddit & forums)
 
 Truv promises "instant verifications" by integrating directly with payroll providers. What actually happens is that many (if not most) prospects get frustrated or concerned about their data privacy & security while using Truv. Ultimately, this end up creating more manual work for us when people request manual verification or a letter from HR instead of using Truv.Overall: Truly one of the worst customer experiences I have had buying and using software in my life.
