Cons: - There is nothing to dislike about this product, everything works great.

Overall: Trustifi is overall a great tool for email security and protective private data while sending them. It provides a top-notch security and is easy to use.

Pros: Easy implementation, great price point for SMBs, maintains industry compliance, compatible with various email clients.

Cons: No cons - for what we need it for, it does everything.

Overall: We had a great experience, from sales to implementation and beyond. The tool is easy to use and frankly necessary this day and age, so we were glad to have something that would protect us in multiple ways, maintain industry compliance for us on email and be both simple to install and cost effective for a small business.

Pros: Trustifi lets you alter emails even after people have read them, change recipients, change attachments. It gives you an amazing amount of control over the data that you send, even after you send it, which is rare. This kind of capability can truly save someone from making dire mistakes in inadvertently sending compromising material.

Cons: Not a "con" but we are working to make more users and other companies understand how breakthrough an approach this is to cyber security.

Overall: Easy to use with one click, a great range of features, lots of compliance options for companies in sensitive markets like government or financial.

Pros: Trustifi makes is super easy to securely send highly confidential files. The ability to change information in attachments is especially helpful (vs "recall" functions that never work — and also show customers that you needed to recall a message.)

Cons: I haven't yet found any downsides to this solution.

Overall: Trustifi is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to change content if you ever find that you need to do that.

Pros: The people and the product at Trustifi are top-notch. From the discovery call through implementation & training we received great support. The product is easy to use and robust in its capabilities.

Cons: There is nothing "not to like" for me. When it comes to email protection I have used Mimecast in the past and feel this product is easier on us and those we are sending emails to and receiving emails from.

Overall: My experience with Trustifi has been a phenomenal one and I look forward to a long-lasting relationship.

Outlook Integration with the desktop client and web client.

Cons: Nothing really bad to say at all. Setup could be improved, but it's an overall good product.

Overall: Overall, the product is well though out. The Outlook integration (both desktop client and web client) makes using it a breeze.

Pros: Trustifi is extremely easy to use as the end user! The outlook plugin is very intuitive and effective - it definitely makes using Trustifi simple and it almost becomes second nature. Not only does it automatically protect you, but the added functionality you get right in your email app lets you send encrypted documents, emails, and more. It also doesn't require people you're sending encrypted emails with to register for an account - my customers LOVE that!

Cons: While the cost of Trustifi is incredibly competitive - it could only be better if it was free!

Overall: Overall I highly recommend Trustifi to any business out there. It keeps your company safe, and is so user friendly that all your employees won't have any trouble using it. Your customers will thank you too as they will not have to register for an account to receive your encrypted emails!

Cons: The time that the company has been around can be concerning but after testing the product thoroughly, I could see that it was fully capable.

Overall: Trustifi is a great product for businesses looking to tighten up their email security. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Pros: - I love being able to scan emails to see if their malicious.
- Encryption is extremely easy to use.
- Recipients don't need it to open it.

Cons: - Only con is that you can't use the mobile version of Outlook to apply the encryption, but that's a Microsoft problem not a Trustifi problem.

Overall: I think every organization needs this. It's easy to use and it works!

In addition to email encryption, the scan email for malicious content feature is really great.

Pros: Easy to use. It makes encrypting sensitive information easy, and it was easy to deploy. It also lets us set expirations for emails we send.

Cons: No downside. It's easy to use, effective, and it helps us feel more secure.

Overall: Easy to use and effective advanced threat protection, data loss protection and email security. It's a strong defense against phishing and attachments with malware.
