    Pros: TrustRadius is a good source to find out best suitable business software and tools and buyers get a clear and detailed insights about the products through real users experience based reviews, which make the tech buying decision easy.

    Cons: Listings are limited and review sources data is not so big as other similar services as SourceForge and others have.

    Overall: Overall TrustRadius is good service for technology related people and provides a healthy help in buying decisions.

    Pros: Detailed review process with lots of queries
    Good clean website interface
    Lots of genuine reviews via Linked In profiles
    Good customer service with regular mail notifications

    Cons: Very less review invites
    Too strict moderation, asks a lot of details

    Overall: TrustRadius is one of the better review platforms and provides detailed genuine reviews. It has great customer support that inform and guide you in every step.

    Large catalog of software reviews.
    Reviews are elaborated & moderated.
    Verified users via LinkedIn.
    B2B insights for buyers.

    Cons: Customer service can be more responsive.
    Many reviews are unoriginal & often irrelevant.

    Overall: TrustRadius is a good website for both buyers & sellers. You can find large numbers of verified reviews here. It has good layout & easy to use interface but the quality check on reviews must be increased.

    "Not responsive for vendors"

    Pros: Not much to like. I guess the color scheme of the website is nice.

    Cons: They miscategorized our product and allowed it to collect reviews and ratings in the wrong category. Then once we notified them that our product was miscategorized, weeks passed and they still did not move our product into the correct category as of the time of this review, even though they said they would look into it. Their vendor dashboard isn't very intuitive either. Hard to tell if your changes have saved or not.

    Overall: There's a lot of software review sites out there. Not sure we need another one that's unresponsive and has miscategorized software.
