Pros: The device worked and it did what is was suppose to do. When I cancelled my plan is when my problems started. If I can submit pictures I will show everything.

Cons: When I tried to cancel my subscription this is when my problems began.

Overall: 1 star is even to much. I cancelled my subscription 11/24. They tried to take money out my account for months and today I get a email saying my subscription will renew 2/26. I have not use they service in over a year and they are still billing me. Scammer vibes
