Pros: Reports are easy to get to and down load, Fedex is pleased with the reports and all in order and easy to correct.

Cons: I don't know where to change passwords and then when I found out and doesn't take right away and I get many emails tell me we cant connect.

Overall: This software is getting better, all I would like to see is clearer instructions on how to updated anything online.

Pros: Saves a ton of time for myself and drivers by tracking our miles via the ELD. I don't have to worry about lost mileage papers anymore.

Cons: Occasional errors on mileage reports. They tend to be fixed quickly.

Overall: Great experience, I'm happy and my drivers are happy with TruckSpy. The cost isn't bad either.

Pros: The user ability to work on multiple entities is really useful as a consultant company in the space.

Cons: The layout doesn't allow for much user customization.

Overall: Flint is a great leader and the positivity of his team is easy to see at the trade shows. Flint responds via email very well.

Pros: The staff are very responsive and provides quality service. The staff are very knowledgeable regarding its product and services.

Cons: There are no concerns with the customer service or product. I’m very happy to be a customer of TruckSpy.

Overall: The staff at TruckSpy responds quickly and are always available to listen to their customers’ thoughts and able to provide solutions that are more effective and efficient.

Pros: The benefits that we have seen since subscribing to TruckSpy have been huge. We utilize the IVMR automation to provide our ELD logs to FedEx hubs with pretty much just a few clicks of the mouse each week after a short spot check, which on its own saves one of our team members a minimum of 10-15 hours of manual prep and analysis that used to go into getting these reports submitted. Customer service has been ready and available to assist within a very short time period when an urgent GPS anomaly issue needed to be addressed that the ELD itself caused when it somehow recorded over 50,000 miles driven across a single state in a single day, but TruckSpy notified us about issue within 24 hours of it happening and setup a time for us to meet with their team who was able to easily talk us through how to rectify in the system in just a few minutes, which without the software and team to help us through we would have needed to invest a ton of time and research into how to correct the issue within the ELD and our reporting data. Many additional features of the software are utilized by hour team on a daily and/or weekly basis, but these two aspects of what we have received from TruckSpy since subscribing last year have given us enough evidence to be able to commit to being TruckSpy customers for life. If you are considering a subscription, I will tell you like I tell my peers in the industry, that you do not want to overlook the opportunity to integrate TruckSpy's software into your business, you would seriously regret it!

Cons: There isn't much that we dislike about TruckSpy. If we had to change anything about the software, we would request a bit more flexibility in terms of being able to create customized reporting that can be built and exported from the app. That said, the multitude of pre-built reports is typically more than enough than we need and in instances that we're seeking more, it is typically for very specific situations that rarely come about in day-to-day operations.

Overall: Our company is a contractor for FedEx Ground Linehaul, and one of our biggest desires as a company in regard to the relationship that we have with the staff from the hubs where we domicile our tractors, is that we are able to ensure that our reporting is meticulous, accurate and on time as they have requested. which leads to improved reputation within FedEx hubs and significantly less back and forth with the hubs about reporting that always feels like it is past due... Since we moved forward with integrating TruckSpy into our suite of apps for monitoring, managing and maintaining our business, we have improved most of the tasks on the administrative side of our business worlds over, and mostly through simple automation options included with the software. And it's not just the weekly IVMRs that we are able to generate and send off to the hubs with just the click of a button each week, there is so much more data and premade reporting that we have utilized to improve our business best practices and cost saving measures.
(But, if I'm being honest - even if it was just the automated IVMR creation, that in and of itself would make investing in TruckSpy for our company worthwhile!!) The numerous improvements to the majority of our admin work for the company has been invaluable, and the low monthly cost for TruckSpy is something we'd happily pay many times over for the peace of mind that comes along know we have an easy-to-use app that provides us with reliable and consistently accurate real-time data and diagnostics across the entire fleet.

Pros: The ability to use the IVMRs to easily transfer to FedEx.
The ability to sync with ELD machines.
Easy to navigate.

Cons: The IVMR function has not been working properly and has the same issues each week.

Overall: Overall the product has the ability to be very good but it is failing at some task that are important to my business. I am paying for a service and I don't like to keep reaching out to support for the same issues.

Pros: TruckSpy will save you time in compiling IFTA reports and allow you to focus on easily monitoring weekly mileage.

Cons: It would be great if truck spy had features that would allow you to sort trucks by sitting location above domicile.

Overall: TruckSpy allows us to spend more time reviewing week to week miles to see where we are missing miles and which trucks are underperforming.

Pros: Makes my IVMR reporting very simple and easy.
One less thing for drivers to worry about while on the road.

Cons: They have too many options that I don't utilize.
Some services needs explaining if you are not familiar with it.

Overall: I've been using them for over a year. I couldn't be happier with the service or their customer Service. They make everything very simple on the website and easy to use. It is very user friendly and worth every penny. It is also very low cost for the time they save you and the extra steps they save your drivers. Wouldn't go on without them.

Pros: Previously, I had drivers submit weekly mileage and was forced to make weekly corrections. TruckSpy has made my life much easier and improved the accuracy of the reports.

Cons: Sometimes reports have errors but I am able to work with the team and resolve them quickly.

Overall: Great experience with IVMRs and have used the EFS fuel card solution, too. Fuel card has had some hiccups, but mainly due to counter-party networking issues.

Pros: For something such as the IVMRs (once you get a large enough fleet), the ease of using TruckSpy is great. Additionally, they have a highly capable support team that usually resolves issues the same day.

Cons: Occasional errors on the IVMRs not matching the prior weeks'.

Overall: It has been great, I will be using TruckSpy for the foreseeable future and their service will be incrementally more helpful as I grow my fleet.

Pros: After integration there has been little to no maintenance. My drivers love not having to fill out manual IVMR's. This has been an amazing product and the price is on point for what is being delivered. Every contractor I talk with who is not using TruckSpy, I recommend to. This has saved me so much TIME, and time equals money :).

Cons: FedEx does not allow other parts of truck spy to be integrated to all further improvements.

Overall: Integration was easy. People are great to work with! Would recommend this 10 out 10 to every contractor I communicate with.

Overall: TruckSpy saves us hours of time each week by consolidating all of our reports into one place. Allows us to spend time elsewhere and quickly see mileage.

Pros: Fast, accurate, streamlined process of capturing state mileage, dates, and domiciles for each truck. TruckSpy has saved our company so much back-office time compared to the old way of tracking mileage for tax purposes.

Cons: It's so simple, there's not much to dislike. Sometimes there are slight errors in mileage reporting, but most often that occurs from issues with 3rd party software.

Overall: TruckSpy has helped our company create more accurate records for state mileage and employee hours of service. The product is reliably emailed to us on a weekly basis. It is a fast and simple solution!

Pros: As a new contractor TruckSpy was very easy to work with and get set up.

When a problem arose with my ELDs, TruckSpy was very helpful in guiding me on how to make up for missing miles. The team responded promptly and guided me throughout the process in order to save my company money. As a new contractor, I am very appreciative of being able to save money and learn a new skill.

Cons: I do not have any negative feelings or cons for TruckSpy.

Overall: My overall experience has been great as a new contractor. TruckSpy is easily accessible and responsive to both phone calls and emails. It was great to have the opportunity to meet the TruckSpy team and the Linehaul Summit in Dallas. It was great to put a face to a voice. I will continue to use TruckSpy for my IVMRs.

Pros: This program has made managing our tractors mileage 1,000 times easier. Simply log in, download info.

Cons: Mileage can be off at times but they correct it quickly.

Overall: Hands down one of the best programs we've used. It's simple and easy to understand. If there's ever an issue they handle it immediately.

Pros: I had hoped that we had accurate reports and been led to trust TruckSpy for several months - but found out that the reports sent had been inaccurate from the start. I paid for inaccurate reporting and only found out when I did actual checking of the mileages myself.

Cons: Inaccurate Reports were sent for my company to FedEx Ground - and notified that TruckSpy did not have an approved contract with Omnitracs to obtain the up to date information. I found out that the reports sent had been inaccurate from the start.
I paid for over 1 year for inaccurate reporting and only found out when I did actual checking of the mileages myself.
Payment for inaccurate reporting - was a very sad wake up call.

Overall: Was disappointed with the help given to correct the missing mileages and the issue with TruckSpy and Omnitracs systems.
If the reports were accurate it would of been great for my drivers but now they must do their mileages and submit them without using any electronic system that your company offered. Also when the discrepancies were identified the help was limited in being able to correct it properly and then we were told that the account was closed. So sorry that it ended the way it did - my hope was that it would of been my answer to assist my drivers but it did not. Roger tried to help but his help was only to enter changes not fix the real problem.

Pros: I use TruckSpy for my IVMRs and maintenance scheduling. They do an outstanding job with both! Their customer service is top notch and extremely responsive. When I email them, they immediately respond and address any issues I am having and when I call, I always get a live person who can assist me in realtime. They are a job to work with!

Cons: No complaints. I wish all my vendors were as responsive and easy to work with as TruckSpy.

Overall: TruckSpy is my favorite vendor within the FedEx universe. They are best in class and I always recommend other contractors to utilize them. They save me time and money!

Pros: What this company offers, makes filing our own Fuel tax very easy!
I have 1 station that requires me to turn in IVMR to them, and I like the fact that truck spy emails that station my IVMR weekly, one less thing I have to worry about.

Cons: When there is an error, fixing the error.
By the time I am aware of the problem, I need to call FedEx and get trip history's and enter into the system. I am not very comfortable with Computers.

Overall: The product makes several parts of my job very easy to do, and takes the worry about whether I am reporting my fuel mileage correctly when filing my quarterly fuel tax.

Pros: This service helps me to remain compliant the carrier and DOT while eliminating paperwork. Win win!!!

Cons: The interface could be a little more modern but the service works as intended.

Overall: Great experience and the customer support is awesome. This service really is a time saver. Highly recommend.

Pros: TruckSpy is very easy to use. TruckSpy offers immediate feedback from the coach to the driver. It is easy to review current events and find events when needed. TruckSpy does not give many erroneous events. For example, following distance is always correct etc.

Cons: TruckSpy does not have any cons as far as I am concerned.

Overall: I really like TruckSpy and the ease of use. It makes managing drivers very easy, efficient and offers a professional way to address driving behaviors.
