It was quick to get our company setup with an account, the fees are reasonable, and the interface is extremely easy to learn/use. Active campaign management is very intuitive and internal account management has been a breeze.

Cons: We had issues in our initial setup because our company operates under two different names and the sign-up caused an issue with verification but that could have been an internal error.

Overall: Overall, this is a great website for people looking to send rewards with very little barriers or fees preventing them from doing it at scale.

Pros: Tremendous is incredibly easy to use as a sender, with clear fields for entering recipient information. My entire team uses the platform to manage participant compensation for our research, and it’s been the most effective solution we’ve found. We’ve never received any complaints from recipients, and the built-in tracking system makes it simple to stay organized and account for costs across projects.

Cons: At first, changing the currency did not come intuitively, but I have since figured out how to toggle between currencies when we do international research. Certain countries will have limited reward options. Some users may receive the reward in spam/junk, so you will have to follow up with them to check, as they may assume you didn't send it.

Overall: Great platform with great features. Have not found a more straight forward way to send compensation for research which allows the recipient the freedom to choose their reward and give them some agency in the process.

Pros: Very convenient to be bale to send incentive in batch to multiple users after a specific study. We went from a very manual process of buying local gift cards on by one, to a single tool allowing to do batches of incentives in multiple countries

Cons: As a basic user, not managing the account or the balance, I only see advantages in the tool. I haven't encountered any issue since we started using it.

Cons: When we wanted to switch to a tool that integrated with Tremendous, we weren't able to transfer over our balance, which makes sense but would have been a delight. The virtual visa gift cards expire pretty quickly, but if you reach out to support they can sometimes help you out.

Overall: Overall its a straightforward tool that does what it needs to do. It hasn't let me down yet, and with the pricing its a no brainer.

Overall: After nearly 2 years of daily use and almost 90,000 rewards issued, I have nothing but good things to say about Tremendous. The support team is quick to respond to questions or escalations and Tremendous continues to improve the experience and add value to the product as time goes on.

Pros: You can send rewards to people from all over the world and they get to pick what fits best for them. You can write down the name and email of the person and that’s it. People can load the card on Apple Pay

Pros: Tremendous is a great choice for a gifting platform. I love how it supports a huge range of options, which allows us to support our customers worldwide, in many different locations.

Cons: I find the pricing to be a bit high for allowing customers to send gift cards to Venmo, PayPal or bank accounts. I wish they also supported cryptocurrency payouts.

Overall: Tremendous has been a great tool for sending survey incentives and team rewards. I can quickly and easily send incentives for surveys, IDIs, focus groups, etc using templates that match how they were recruited. There is a very good selection of rewards available and I've saved a lot of time going back and forth with respondents using this tool vs other tools or just sending email money transfers.
