Pros: It was fast to implement. It was recommend by a trusted source at the time. We had an alternative and went to this on their recommendation instead. Too bad for us.
Cons: Search engine is bad, impossible to use and keeps deriving the wrong cities and locations. 3 times out of 10 we could not use the software, eventually we abandoned it and stayed away completely as there was nothing we could do to improve it. We were recommended this software by Provab Technologies and that damaged our relationship with them as well.
Overall: After we could not use it we just tried to get back our money held by them in trust, What a battle! It has been 5 weeks and we still haven’t got a refund. So we were happy for them to book flights for personal use and give them 100 USD per booking (ouch) but it is like drawing teeth. 20 emails and no replies.

"Real Review Look Elsewhere" Posted 2019-04-05
Pros: Nothing really to like about this software. It was expensive and clunky
Cons: At the beginning the software looked like exactly what we needed. However, over time (and more importantly money) we discovered that the software did not really perform in the way that one would expect given the amount of money spent and what is currently the state of the art in the online line travel agent (OTA) world.
The software was functional (not great but functional) but the data pull is a huge problem. When we originally contracted with Travelomatix we were deciding between the white-label version of their product or using the Travelomatix API solution, which is MUCH more expensive. We were told that Travelomatix makes available many API's from vendors that we had no way of getting because we were new and had no internet traffic. The Travelomatix API solution sounded perfect for us.
Wrong!
There is one HUGE problem with this API solution... Travelomatix uses the information from other API's to create their own proprietary API which they give you access to. They DO NOT give you direct access to a vendors API. Their data pull from their API is not close to the same as direct access to the original API. Their data pull is sloppy.
Their API could not differentiate the between Rome, Italy and Rome Georgia or Naples Florida and Naples, Italy. If you looked up an airport such as "Los Angeles" the search results gave you every airport in the county including private airports...useless as LAX was at the bottom of a long list. The hotel search function was so bad that we white-labeled Booking.com for the hotels tab. Travelomatix could not figure out how to "Americanize" the date function. When I brought all of this to their attention they became very defensive and told me they had lived up to the contract. It was a $21,000 lesson. My advice to you is to look elsewhere.Overall: Look Elsewhere. The software is not up to any standards that are reasonable for an online travel agency.
