Agility thanks to the automated travel approval workflows.

Cons: Further integration with the partnering service providers would be nice, e.g. online check-in directly via Travel Perk instead of being re-directed to the airline website.

Overall: Very satisfied with the service, can always be improved but the current product is already quite mature.

Pros: There are many things that make TravelPerk my favorite tool for travel:

- Ease-of-Use: TravelPerk is clear and understandable throughout the whole booking process. At each point of your process you have clear expectations on how to proceed and successfully schedule your stay or travel!

- Confirmations: TravelPerk sends your confirmation and summary immediately after you schedule your stay or trip, along with a follow-up to ensure you know once it has been approved! Not only this, but the reminders are helpful to ensure you don't forget about what is coming up! They even schedule you a Google Calendar reminder if you approve for it to sync!

Cons: I have yet to have a bad experience with TravelPerk. So far it has been pretty clear and easy to navigate.

Overall: Overall, I would recommend TravelPerk to any organization looking to implement software that will help your employees book travel or stays. This will help to relieve your internal teams from having to deal with any questions around this topic because the platform is so clear and easy to use.

Pros: Every little detail is well organised and makes it so easy to use. I just love how smoothly TravelPerk makes business travel for me. Their Support also is easily contactable and great.

Cons: The only thing I feel a bit weird about is seeing who stayed in a hotel of my colleagues or clients - depending on whether we booked for them. I don't really need that - or just the info from my team members.

Overall: I just love that I can do my travel arrangements all on one site. Reminder messages all going out in time.

Pros: The app provides an automated list of choice (hotels, flights...) that can be ordered in manyt ways (price, distance from centre...).
There is no need to pay in advance. Our company covers all costs, so as an employee I don't have to care about finances.
TravelPerk has got powerful search filters, making it easy find the most suitable solution for your travel needs.

Cons: Up to now I find it difficult (or even impossible?) to erase my search history. This is a little inconvenient, nothing more.
I would love to see a slight change in the filter settings. Right now "offers within company policy" is not switched on by default as a search filter. It would make it even more comfortable if that option was switched on by default, so search results immediately show the most reasonable offers.

Overall: TravelPerk is an easy to use application which makes it really comfortable to book travels and hotels. One of the biggest benefits for employees? You don't need to personally pay in advance and ask for a refund from the company afterwards. This makes it financially very interesting. On top of that, there's no waste of time filling out administration afterwards to get your money back.
Once travels are booked, they're nicely bundled in a beautiful overview of bookings.

Pros: Good help.

Cons: None that I know of it is a pleasant experience to be apart of.

Overall: I enjoy using the service because of the friendly service that I always receive happy customers and they are always happy to help me out.

Pros: Ease of use and plenty of travel options to meet my needs. I experienced difficulty checking into the hotel. I contacted TravelPerk agent and they resolved it right away.

Cons: Non identified. I appreciate the options and ease of use.

Overall: This was my first time using TravelPerk. The website was easily navigated and had plenty of options on multiple airlines/lodging.

Pros: Really practical, I can book my flights from the phone and get trip apporval within minutes. Love the slack integration as well.

Cons: When you need to make a change is not as simple as booking, you need to wait for an email response which according to your time-line may take a while.

Overall: As a user, I love travel park, is way easier than a using a travel agency. Both mobile and web apps work perfectly, I can book my flights within minutes, or if I have to make a pause my trip is saved and I can come back later to finish the booking. Confirmation is almost immediate and approvals are simple as well.

Pros: A user-friendly platform where you can easily search for flights on different criteria. The prices are also good and the connections.

Cons: Maybe to include also a way to get to that airport to the city center and the other way around, to be easy to book your flights by checking also the bus/train/taxi prices and schedule.

Overall: The application gives you the best option for traveling and is easy to use and sort the result by different criteria.

Pros: They do all the work when you need to change arrangements for flights and hotel. They email you back with details and not just a generic written email.

Cons: There should be an option if you want to do it yourself to change flights or have them do it for you if someone wants that feature.

Overall: It's great customer service. There is helpful resources and tips. The emails are specified to your needs.

Pros: Very quick and easy. Without any points or topics which could be unclear. Very good in handling. It took me only a few moments to learn how it works and will be used.

Cons: Till now no direct cons, just the function of reminder or message me to mobile or email could be optimized a bit more.

Overall: All in all a simple to use app, which is well developed and working as expected and all functions included.

Overall: I have been using TravelPerk for years and the service is very good. Since I started using the mobile app, I find it even easier to use. Ideal for worldwide business trips.

Pros: We have just started using the TravelPerk service and I must say it is fantastic. Really easy to use, comprehensive options and it takes the stress and hassle out of arranging trips for the whole company.

Cons: Nothing not to like about this easy to use service.

Overall: I wish we used this sooner, travel and accommodation was always a headache to arrange especially when trying to get the whole team together in one place. TravelPerk makes the process do much easier, with a very simple approval process we can full visibility and control of what is going on.

App - very easy to use, notifies me about Gates and my departures in advance.

Cons: I was not able to find any cons. This website is just great.

Overall: Overall the service is great. I had never had any issue so far. Customer support was always ready and very professional.

Pros: I find the app to be so easy to use that you only need a couple of minutes to book an entire trip. It shows all kinds of flight combinations and best accommodations.

Cons: Not able To link my profile to booking as well. Bit in general nothing to complain about.

Overall: I like the app and will keep on using it for personal and work related trips. I recommend it to people who want to do everything on the same app to have all the references close.
