Pros: Only provides flights relevant to my trip can filter search by flight times which is convenience and useful for business trips. Which makes it getting to where I need to be on time easy.

Cons: The way flights are organized is a long lists which makes it times consuming to find.

Overall: Overall experience is good, and response to changes and questions is prompt. It is very helpful when the response is prompt especially with last minute changes.

Pros: Super easy-to-use tool, very intuitive and with a nice layout. I like that you can do everything on the same platform (booking flights and hotels).
Also, super plus for the organization with the google agenda.

Cons: Nothing really, the tool works perfectly, nothing to complain.

Overall: Very good experience for the user, intuitive tool and would recommend it 100%. I believe that TravelPerk is a super plus as a perk for companies to use.

Pros: I am a new user as I love how easy TravelPerk is set up. I have all trips and tickets in one place, very organised and easy to access.

Cons: The only additional feature I would love to have is a way to upload my receipts and manage reimbursement.

Overall: Very good experience, I can only recommend the tool if you look for a modern way of managing trips.

Pros: I log in with a single sign-on and immediatly i can choose and select with my preferences what i need for the next usiness travel.
Everything included form breakfast to car.

Cons: The only minor issue i found is in the app with a little less details on additional services from Airline but i suppose is related on low cost airline company.

Overall: Having less friction to create the business travel is very important for me cause i plan, with a busy agenda, near the date and i want to avoid any anxiety.

Pros: It's so easy to book a work trip with TravelPerk. No need to worry about payment, what hotels/plans are allowed. No need to communicate with others in order to get approval.
Just find a flight that works for you, any hotel that you like within the budget and you're done. Payments are handled behind the scenes and as an employee you don't have to think about that.
Booked wrong flight once by mistake. When I reached out to support then helped me reschedule it without extra fee.

Cons: There's no cons to TravelPerk that I'd see so far.

Overall: I enjoy work trips more, now that I can use TravelPerk. Booking flight, hotel, check-in, important notifications only. Can't think of work trips without using it anymore.

Pros: One place to book your work trip. Got all the options available online. The option to choose the flights using the check boxes makes it a lot flexible.

Cons: The email suggesting to show the online credit details to the hotel reception was not needed as the hotel already had that. Still good to have that as a backup but the email didn't mention it being an optional set of information.

Overall: Overall the process was seamless, hardly faced any issue with booking the flight and the hotel. Happy to recommend TravelPerk to others.

Pros: Easy to find a hotel, easy to book and checkin, communication all the way was great.

Pros: Immediate response to questions and answers that are not auto-generated or scripted. It felt very personal and empathetic to our needs.

Cons: There are some limitation on use. The customer cannot book flights to their clients or so it seems, maybe it is a function that I am unaware of.

Overall: Pricing and customer service is amazing. Our company does not travel much but for all travels, we will always use TravelPerk and recommend to our business connections.

Pros: TravelPerk always do as much as they can to make booking your accommodation and travel as smooth as possible.

Cons: If I was going to be picky, I would say that sometimes there is a bit of a delay in getting a response, but most of the time, I hear back very promptly, if not immediately.

Overall: TravelPerk are very easy to use and are always very polite, helpful and courteous.
They go out of their way to make sure that my independent requests are met.

Pros: Amazing product. It helps reducing time on managing business trips for your company and also enables your company to save money.
UX is super nice! Having one single invoice for flights, hotels, rental cars is just amazing.

Overall: Incredible experience using TravelPerk. 10/10 stars experience and also an amazing experience with customer support.

Pros: It was easy to navigate the website as someone who has never used TravelPerk before. I especially appreciated the email reminders to check in and the clear instructions for each step of the process. It was great to see the trip overview too, from transportation to hotel.

Cons: I have only used this website once so far but I don't have any cons to list at this time.

Overall: For my first experience, I found this website easy to use, intuitive, and it took the guesswork out of planning work travel.

I cannot think of any negative things. The price was somehow a little expensive than other flight booking websites.

Overall: It was great to book flights and a hotel.
Everything worked well and if there was any change in the flight, it was informed to me.

Pros: Easy and fast. It works like SkyScanner and Booking, you just do the reservation and TravelPerk will invoice your company.

Cons: If something goes wrong or is out of the platform, the assistance can be a bit slow.

Overall: Very recommendable. Fast and secure. Once you confirm the booking you can forget about rest. Very convenient.

Pros: The control of company spending is a problem for all organisations, restricting travel arrangements to a budget is a necessity and Travel Perk makes this easy and intuitive to use.

Cons: The option to submit travel arrangements for approval allows a approve/reject response, when often an amendment/alteration of request would be preferable.

Overall: The main point of view on rating this product highly is that it is designed for global organisations, is well designed and unlike some travel booking apps, not clunky or containing ads/confusing UI.

Pros: I booked my entire trip (flights + hotel) in under 10 mins! Additionally, I was able to see who from my team is staying at the same hotel for my dates, which is a great extra feature!

Cons: Nothing in particular, but this was just my first experience.

Overall: Overall amazing experience, I did not expect everything to go so smoothly! Will recommend this platform to my friends.

Pros: Really It is a good application which made my travel easy with time to time updates. I'm more likely to use this application for my next business trip.

Cons: I didn't find any cons with this TravelPerk application.

Overall: It was great 😀. I used to stand in the line for collecting my boarding pass but with TravelPerk it is easy to scan and fly without collecting for boarding pass which i liked the most.

Pros: I like how easy it is to find the flights and actually filter according to the desired criteria, I also like customer support because they reply fast and call you if you can't be online.

Cons: The only thing that I would improve is to send the chat conversation through email because once the chat closes, you can't see it anymore and there is no record of the talk.

Overall: My overall experience is very positive, I've been using it for work, and the company in general is also very happy. Especially because of customer support.

Pros: I literally booked my work travel as last minute as I could, and I got instant approval and confirmation. They even send you a PDF of the credit card for the hotel.

Cons: I wish I could consolidate accounts. I have a personal and a work email account.

Overall: Somehow easier than booking on your own. The mobile app is amazing and super easy to use on iOS platforms.
