"Without a doubt the worst ePCR software I have seen/used over the last 15 years"

    Edited 2021-10-26

Pros: Dispatch data can be imported into the report if dispatched with Traumasoft. There isn't much else that I can say positive about it.

Cons: Possibly the worst report output format I have ever seen, seriously it is a damn mess. Lots of unnecessary clutter and poor formatting makes finding and utilizing important information difficult at best for receiving facilities.

ePCR fields don't always work or output the correct information into reports. Data from one field can end up under a different field.

PMHX and Medications (pt scrip, and crew administered) have no ability to freehand into the report. Can't find the correct icd10 code for a history item, well too bad you can't add it. Medication not in the ePCR database, too bad, you can't add it.

Narrative text entry field has no formatting options, it is just a basic HTML text field. You can't add tables for things like vent settings or other information, you can't bold or italicize important info you want to call attention to.

NEMSIS Reporting fields are are just a large scroll menu of buttons that follow no logical organization method making it extremely difficult to find what you are looking for.

Physical exam section has no way to add pertinent negatives.

Vital signs section outputs data into the report in a way that is extremely difficult to read.

Overall: This ePCR system comes off as a freshman college students programming 101 project. It is barely functional and gives the feel that there was no actual EMS professional consultation in the building of the report system. This will probably cost you more in wasted crew time than anything.
