    "So confusing with no training. Trapeze leaves you on your own unless they are marketing."

    Pros: Trapeze FX is Ok, BlockBuster Web is horrible.
    Trapeze has been around for 25+ years and seem to have dominated the transit scheduling market and are now more concerned with marketing than improving their product.

    Cons: BBWeb is so confusing. Even the support staff have a difficult time solving minor issues. No training at all. Their only solution is creating a collaboration of their product users to go to each other to solve issues. They want users to go to other users who figured it out on their own.

    Overall: Frustrating.
    Trapeze has been around for 25+ years and seem to have dominated the transit scheduling market and are now more concerned with marketing than improving their product.
