TrainingCheck was created by a team of experienced learning & development and evaluation professionals as part of a large-scale project involving a range of employers and training providers. Our challenge was to develop a web-based training evaluation tool that would be both grounded in theory and also intuitive and easy to use. Participating companies told us that the tool should contain ready-made content which could help them to evaluate training effectiveness at all levels, from participant satisfaction through to business impact. They also told us that they should be able to create and adapt their own content according to their individual needs. TrainingCheck was launched in the summer of 2011, achieving over 1000 users in the first year alone. Since then we have continued to grow strongly, and we are working harder than ever to ensure we always provide the very best functionality, service and value for money.
