    "Makes datawarehouse development quick and easy"

    Pros: Far quicker and easier to work with directly with SSIS,SSAS etc. It allows you to try ideas and reverse them if they don't work.

    Cons: Lack of intellisense, and doesn't do everything you can do in SSAS.

    Overall: It makes life easier and as along as you accept the few limitations it will get the job done efficiently.
