The time and expanse tracking features work flawlessly as well as ensures in providing accurate billing and financial insights. It is easily accessible across multiple devices which makes quite easily to manage multiple projects while on the go. It comes with a powerful resource management tool that allows smooth scheduling and work load balancing across teams. One can easily track budgets and optimize operations just by looking into reporting having valuable insights on project progress.

Cons: The user dashboard still feels outdated, it would be more beneficial for users with an intuitive UI and modern design. For initial users it can be overwhelming and requires detailed technical learning to learn its entire potential. Sometimes tailoring reports as per my organizational needs are bit difficult as its customization in reporting is somewhat limited.

Pros: 1. The most important thing which I like about the application is their customer support. Doesn't matter how good you have made your application if your the user have to wait long hours just to get resolved their issue which is why I have given full stars to TimeLinx in this category.

2. Being an Freelancer and director to the Marketing and advertising company our totally billables comes from the client. So. For us It become very neccessary to be transparent and show the proper Daily status report and login hours of the team. Through this , we can check our employees working stats and moreover client can check out progress and parts where we have achieve the daily target so that there will no cutting losses in the payment.

Cons: Well, Personally speaking I have never found any dislike or disadvantage in this application. I have used dozens of the same category for example timesheet or PCS but none of them worked as we need. But TimeLinx solve all the issues and meets all the requirements.

Cons: The mobile application is quite old school, but apart from that still, its sync speed is astonishing.
Apart from that, a fully trained dedicated person should be assigned for all customizations need.
