    Pros: System setup and maintenance is trivially easy. Feature growth has been intentional and precise. Day to day function has been solid as a rock. Uptime is exceptional. Good features. Good growth.

    Cons: I sound like I'm one of the architect/developer's Mom when I talk about the product and company. I would have a hard time taking this positive a review seriously. I'm nobody's Mom.
    I have a few small features I want added and they don't show up immediately that minute, but development is reasonable and solid.
    There is the occasional "why did this happen/change/move?" but in no way worse or even near as bad as any product I have ever used anywhere.

    Overall: We were on the verge of having no ticketing solution at all as a result of vendor acquisition. We went shopping and at the time, ThunderTix had recently refactored a reasonable prior version. They gave us access to people and technology insights that convinced us they would be a good partner to go forward with. We were up in days. Not one minute of regret. Not one.

    Pros: ThunderTix is easy to use. Patrons can buy their tickets at home. The Flexpass ticketing scheme matches what we did long before taking ticket sales on line, so our audience adjusted to online ticketing quickly.

    Cons: I don't like the gray typeface. I can't see it. It is just like the typeface on this screen. It is hard to see.

    Overall: ThunderTix meets all our needs. We use it for ticketing, season ticketing, memberships, and donations.

    Pros: I like the complete functionality of the solution. All of our needs have been addressed by the implementation specialists at T-Tix.

    Cons: We have not found anything we don't like. The training support addresses all questions.

    Overall: We started knowing nothing - other than that we wanted to offer online sales of our performance tickets. We were guided through the whole process.

    Cons: - Can't update seating charts/sections yourself, have to send to Thundertix

    Overall: We've been using Thundertix for a decade and it is the perfect solution for us providing a wide range of flexibility for our performing arts events occurring across multiple theatres and locations. But what stands out more than anything is the customer service. Thundertix is responsive when there's an issue and fix it quickly. They are also always looking to their customers for ways to improve and new features to add with a feature request forum built right into the system. Many of the features we've recommended have been developed and have made the software even more effective for us as a customer.

    Pros: I've been using ThunderTix for a few years, it checks all the boxes for selling, upgrades, exchanges. It's an integral part of my festival, I couldn't do what I di without it.

    Cons: I have found no cons. If there are cons it lies within my lack of ability to use it to its full potential.

    Overall: I cannot imagine running my festival without ThunderTix. It's easy. Tracking ticket sales over the years is huge for patrons. My ability to do exchanges and upgrades and refunds fast is crucial as well. I rely heavily on ThunderTix. I appreciate how easy and reliable it is.

    Pros: Easy to set up and maintain. Prompt customer service by real people who obviously know the system well. Easy user experience.

    Cons: It's not possible to change the names of coupons (instead having to make new ones), making it unwieldy to have a bunch of coupon names that are basically the same discounts.

    Overall: We've been using ThunderTix for about 10 years now and have never considered changing to a different platform. The customer service is exceptional, and the system itself is easy to use both from an administrative standpoint and from that of our users. New features are added regularly on the advice of those of us using it, and there's a personal touch provided that is rare in products like that.

    Pros: First off, the customer service is amazing! The ease of use to create a ticket event is also simple to do, and if you have any questions, there are videos, and if you are still stuck, there is there the Awesome, Amazing customer service.

    Cons: Would like it to be easier to change the color of buttons, but that's it.

    Overall: I used ThunderTix for a huge Off-Broadway show, and we had no problems. Ticket exchanges are easy. Refunds if necessary are easy. Revenue flows into your Bank account once you get setup and start selling and you don't have to wait forever. Their service is so good. Easy to embed in your site and more. And more importantly, they are really nice and kind people who run the business and who do the customer service. it is soooooo great.

    Pros: Fantastic service for any questions.
    Ease of use for audience members and ticket personnel alike.

    Cons: As with any program, discovering the idiosyncrasies and unique features of this service takes awhile.

    Overall: This ticketing service is reasonably priced and has a great tech support team. They are constantly adding useful features. We get deposits from our ticket sales daily. I highly recommend this service to other theatre companies.

    Pros: Clear and easy to use platform both as an administrator and patron.
    Friendly and prompt customer service.
    No contracts.
    Low costs.

    Cons: None that come to mind. The box is making me come up with something so- ability to create our own custom seating maps without having to go through their service center.

    Overall: We came to ThunderTix from another ticketing company and couldn't be more satisfied and truly happy with the move. The ease of use and customer service if there ever is an issue is 10 out of 10. Personalization both of appearance of events is a huge plus. The amenities available for each event are extremely helpful. As simple as a General Admission community performance, to multi-tiered pricing national touring show, with the ability to do product add ons! We cannot recommend this company enough!

    Pros: This is the first time I used it upon hovering over all the icons you can figure things out. Very easy to follow and process.

    Cons: No cons, I see nothing negative, maybe after working with it for a while. But nothing I can see.

    Overall: Great system will be doing some more training to find all features, again easy to maneuver love the back button for you to trace your steps.

    Pros: ThunderTix is easy to use and navigate on the company backside and also for the customer front side.
    Customer Service follows up in a timely manner.

    Cons: When guests check out, they don't always see the "confirm order" button to process the sale, because its further down the page.

    Overall: Our company uses ThunderTix for guests to register for our fashion shows. It makes preselecting seats easy for the guests.

    "Comprehensive, easy to use, incredible customer service"

    Pros: The ease of the platform to set up events, have multiple types of tickets, create a donation campaign, collect various reports. Most of all, I found their customer service to be one of the best I have ever encountered. They are kind, knowledgeable, patient, clearly communicate and helped me every step of the way in a stressful time to get the ticketing functions up and running for a client of mine. I adore their skill and incredible support!

    Cons: While the report options are comprehensive, it is a bit confusing to know what reports will produce what data, and so while I am new to the site, I still have to hunt to figure out which ones I need and how to best display the needed information for tickets, and donations and overall tracking campaigns. But i'm learning!

    Overall: Incredible. I had explored a few different sites and this one was the easiest to set up, with consistent, kind and useful instructions from the support team with any questions or needs I had. I would strongly recommend to anyone new to ticketing platforms, or to those who want a support team that follows through and cares about your outcomes. I will be continuing to use Thundertix for my client.

    Pros: Accessibility, ease of use, good for people not great with technology, accurate. Simple-to-follow instructions for set up and login.

    Cons: You have to open a new window to access the guest list (on an iPhone). I wish we could just click on the little person and it would display it.

    Overall: As Director of Tour Operations at my tour guide company, we operate 11 different tours from different locations and Thunder Tix allows us to easily check people in. Also, this is a historical walking tour company—a lot of the guides are technologically challenged (we prefer to deal with the 1800s!) and the system is so clear to operate that even my more non-tech-savvy guides can do it on their phones.     Pros: The customer support and software are amazing. They respond to support requests extremely fast and are quite helpful. The software is super easy to use and I taught my whole team how to use it within a couple of hours.

    Cons: Their public display website for putting ticket sales to the public is a bit sparse and not attractive.

    Overall: Very beneficial for my team and I to use for box office sales and event management for our theatre at our clubhouse.

    Pros: Great user interface and customer service. Any questions I have they are always quick to get me an answer.

    Cons: I've been using the product for a year and haven't come across any Con's for this software.

    Pros: I could talk to someone on the phone initially to get our questions answered, and then get quick responses via email to further issues.

    Cons: We weren't able to just list table numbers on the tickets and had to give seat numbers at each table, but that didn't present any real problems at the event.

    Overall: We will definitely continue to sell our show tickets through ThunderTix. We appreciate the quick and thorough responses from tech support.
