Pros: I have place 3 orders with TUW and can honestly say there have not been any Pros yet. The stress and anxiety you go through due to the fact their admin people are unable to do their jobs properly and allow orders to fall between the cracks. They do a good job at attaching stupid emojis to their DM's, they seem to really like that, must be due to the fact they have a very young crowd working for them, they do it with a passion.

Cons: Forgotten orders, support not responding in a timely matter. Direct messages going ignored if they are not of a favourable nature. Unprofessional and extreme lack of attention to detail. Like I said I tried 3 times gave them the benefit of a doubt, hoped that the service would get better but it never happened. The small bit of money you may save by going private and hiring through another platform like Upwork isn't worth the trouble. I rather do some more work and pick the people I want to work with at least you are in control and know the work will be done It has been an extremely stressful time dealing with TUW won't be doing it again. 3 strikes and thats it.
