    Pros: System is easy to use during day-to-day operation. System is very flexible for import/export images. Beside CD import/export process, we can send/receive studies electronically between multiple archives. Easy to add archives that system can communicate. Auto-burn process is available. Support staff is knowledgeable, and they are fast on response back.

    Cons: It locks the system when CD making process is initiated. You cannot perform any new task until initiation process is complete. It might take a bit of time if you initiate large studies. Cannot see incoming studies progress.

    Overall: Overall system is user-friendly. Primarily, we are using auto-burn preconfigured setup. It expedites process for many departments and remove necessities of physical presence at unit.

    "Solid Performance"

    Pros: We have 10 Epson CD burning devices in our system for over five years and they have continuously provided solid performance with very few issues. When the occasional issue does arise, their support team is quick to respond and typically has the problem resolved in a timely manor. These devices integrate with our hospital PACS systems seamlessly.

    Cons: The only potential issue relates to our end-users ordering the wrong supplies. These devices require a specific type of disk medium, which are readily available, to work correctly.

    Overall: We have used other CD burning solutions in the past which have proven to be very problematic and cumbersome to integrate into our systems. Support has always been an issue with previous systems as well. With the TeleRay Epson solution, these issues have gone away and we are left with an integrated, reliable product. We have been very pleased with this solution.

    Pros: Simple to use! Easy to implement! GREAT Tech! World class customer service! Wicked smart executive team!

    Cons: Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Work with this team and tech - you will not be disappointed.

    Overall: Best team/Best tech you will find in the industry. I have been in HCIT for over 30 years, and I have integrated TeleRay in two of my HCIT platforms in order to provide my customers with a tech platform that is simple to use, easy to implement, and supported by a team that is unmatched.     Pros: Ability to live stream our Modalities, remote control of our Modalities, simple to use with very fast streaming capabilities.

    Cons: Not experienced any yet. Very responsive to our calls when we need to ask a question or need help with connecting to a new system.

    Overall: Great experience both with staff members and the support team. Always willing to explore new ideas with myself and my team.
