    "The program is great but"

    I’m just writing this because I can’t find anything else to say as a Pro

    Cons: Customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
    sales is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
    tech support is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

    it’s very expensive

    Overall: If you have never used this product, please don’t. It’s sad because the software is very easy to use and the presentation of the portals are very user friendly but customer care makes everything bad. For the price is not worth to have that bad service. If you purchase this software basically you are on your own.

    "TaxWise Experience"

    Pros: Ease of use. I got them as a vendor as a result of an acquisition of my ten vendor UTS or Universal Tax Systems.

    Cons: I cannot get the reports I want. The support does not help you when you have an issue. They close the issue if they cannot reach you. LOL! Cannot get a report of hours spent on returns, cannot do FBAR reporting, cannot do foreign company reporting, etc etc.

    Then they came back this year with a 20% increase in price which is difficult to pass on to my clients in these times.

    Overall: After 20+ years, I have decided to change vendors and look elsewhere for a tax preparation software. A great way to overcome inertia and move on.

    "Worst customer service and system problem"

    Cons: System glitches for company convenience, poor customer care, careless responses, if you want to grow stay away from TaxWise.

    Overall: The worst experience in my life. Stay away from this company they don't value their customer. Ripoff.

    "Consistency and up-to-date"

    Pros: Using this product since 1993. Just seems to get better and better. Version we use is Desktop. Man are they responsive.

    Cons: None to think of, found them to be helpful in just about every situation as we have built our business.

    Overall: Incredible.
    E-filing at it's best. None of this "price per return" jargon.
    Includes all States and Business Apps as well.
