"TalentLyft is the recruitment application we needed" Posted 2021-04-03
Pros: We found the application to be an ideal tool for human resources management. It integrates a detailed analysis section of the CVs we receive via the web and gives us a list detailing the skills and possible positions to choose from in our company. It also allows us to schedule dates for interviews and psycho-technical tests for prospects.
Cons: TalentFly has several tools to manage the database in official records, but it does not allow us to search for legal antecedents of our candidates. Similarly, we have had problems communicating with our prospects via email as sometimes the application does not actually send the notification to its destination.
Overall: The programme does not provide tools to validate important information about the candidates for a position in our company. However, we highly recommend it as it allows us to carry out complete recruitment and recruitment procedures by only analysing CVs and offering contact channels with them.

Pros: TalentLyft offers us agility in human resources by analyzing the CVs of our candidates and providing us with a detailed report of their skills and abilities for our company. It also provides us with the function of managing interviews and providing contact with potential future employees.
Cons: Although this application manages an extensive database of records, it does not have sections for analysis and background checks of any kind for candidates. It also has failures to send emails directly from the platform.
Overall: Although the program does not do a thorough job of researching and validating certain aspects of information provided by candidates, it has understandably useful tools for managing the recruitment of employees in a company by analyzing CVs and establishing contacts with prospects.
