    "Fails ADA Compliance "

    Pros: Able bodied drivers ought to be good.

    Cons: There is no way to use the app to register the parking time various state(s) laws allow disabled drivers. These 4 hour limits (4 hours in VA and other states) frequently exceed the preset max time of some meters, Draw unwanted attention and scrutiny to disabled drivers with flashing lights and screens or other non-discrete flagging of legitimately un-paid meters.

    When I called the 1-800 customer service number they were completely unprepared to manage any type of ADA accommodation request or concerns. I asked that they register my ADA parking permit and that I be able to use it to see time appear on the meter using the app on my smart phone. Same as anyone else.

    Overall: See cons. Payment app fails at ADA compliance.

    I have lived with these meters in my town for about 2 years. I do have an account and have the pp installed. I cant use this product at all without linking a payment method. Registering my personal payment methods are not the issue with this app. I don't need to pay to park. The failure of a mechanism to register, digitize and use my ADA parking permit is rhe problem.
    I could use this product every day.
