    Pros: I like everything about SquareTalk, we've got a 100 agents
    And we have been not only satisfied by the services, we are fulfilled and beyond

    I do not see why anyone would be using any other voip

    From range of numbers to the incredible support all has been aligned to the supreme comfort of the user

    Cons: Simply too great to have any cons
    I don't see any negatives except that I'm waiting for the new platform impatiently

    Overall: Overall I love the product, love the services, love the people there
    I believe that SquareTalk is the on top of the list and always will be

    Pros: So far Squaretalk is one of the best VoIP providers i have ever used or worked with before in the past. The setup process was incredibly simple, and the call quality is crystal clear with minimal latency. They have great variety of outbound destinations too, customer support team is top-notch as well – responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance.

    Cons: There is always room for improvement, but cannot really think of something extremely important. Maybe design could be improved a bit.

    Overall: Overall, I highly recommend Squaretalk for anyone looking for a seamless, efficient, and affordable VoIP service.

    Pros: This is absolutely the number one voip solution out of several other I have used so far. Onboarding was very smooth, simple and comprehensive. The client and admin portals are very intuitive and easy to use and offer all the necessary features for a great user experience and management. Their customer service is top notch and would always very swiftly resolve any issues.

    Cons: For the moment, I cannot think of anything that I don't like.

    Overall: 10/10 experience. Strongly recommend this service to any business or individual that needs such solutions!

    Pros: I've been using Squaretalk for almost a month. It is a great service that helps the telemarketing team to dial more calls. The support is amazing, they go out of their way to fix your issues very quickly. It is highly recommended!

    Cons: There are no sounds when a team member is making the calls. So, the team doesn't know if the system is dialing the number or not. We would like to see this call sound added.

    Overall: Would recommend it to the team.

    Cons: The Design is outdated but it isn't really that big of a deal.

    Pros: We have been using Squaretalk for several years now, implementing the VoIP phone and logs that are incorporated into our CRM. It's very easy to use, and whenever we have had issues, the customer service is great. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and when needed with desktop sharing.

    Cons: I don't really see cons to using the service. It's easy to use, and easy to top off the minutes allowed when needed instead of having to pay a flat amount each month whether we use the minutes or not.

    Overall: Overall it's been a great experience and we'll continue using Squaretalk for our VoIP phone service for our business.

    Never had a call drop.
    Ability to call anywhere in the World.
    Having a local number.
    Ease of billing.

    Cons: Can be difficult to setup initially.
    2 different portals can be confusing to use sometimes.

    Overall: Overall the software has been very positive for us. Our staff use it daily to call all our customers around the World. Line quality is quite good and we never really have connection issues.
