Pros: Love that I can create games, manage my roster, send our spare requests, I know who's attending the game and can do my lines, who's bringing beers etc.
Cons: It's a shame there isn't an IOS or Android app, but it does work perfectly on my cell phone.
Overall: Overall, Sportsa is a solid product. I used to use TeamSnap, and a couple of others, but they were just too difficult to use, or didn't have the features I needed, I heard of this from another team.
