    Pros: Colleagues might be paged swiftly and securely with Spok. Instead than relying on others to know who to page on different days or times, I appreciated that you could allocate pages to different persons based on who was working that day.

    Cons: The software did not have a vibration setting for notifications. My own phone was utilized. As a result, I had to have my phone's ringer on at work so that I could hear my pages, but regrettably, this also meant that while I was in patient rooms, I could hear the notifications from calls and messages.

    Overall: It was an okay system that needs a lot of work. It will never measure up if it's not built better. Thanks
