Pros: A child registered for this account by mistake. We emailed them and requested the unused account be deleted. They kept messaging the kid's account to ask if it should be closed. From the first message we told them to close it. They've had this thing open for a year. They are literally stealing money from a child's account in a 3rd world country with funds set aside to do community outreach. Also, I checked the forums, and people write that the tech is mediocre. Save your time and money. There are better technologies out there with customer service that doesn't try to rip off users. When companies are this desperate to keep subscribers, RUN. It means you are locked in for life for an outdated platform, struggling to keep every penny because users have moved on to better tech.

Cons: The features and functionality just wasn't up to standard so it was never used. We used an alternate platform and customer service sucked repeatedly emailing if we wanted to cancel after we said we wanted to cancel in an initial support request.

Overall: Their customer service really sucks. Avoid like the plague. Customer service will completely ignore your request to cancel and keep charging you claiming that they can't refund. Companies like this desperate for money will latch onto your account and force you to take extreme measures to get them out of your pocket. Worst customer service experience ever. Very unscrupulous avoid like the plague.
