Cons: Using it for more than a year. Don't have any major disadvantage until now.

Overall: It is a very good experience working with them and our sales has also increased a lot during this time period.

Pros: Great system to manage the sales team, their reports, attendance in a very simple and easy way. followup was one of the challenge that we had and it was solved completed by solid performers.

Cons: We are using this for almost 1 year now and it is found good as per our expectation.

Pros: We are in to Software Selling and this CRM made our work very easy. We can integrate the website forms and chatbots in our website and all the inquiries from the website will land directly to the CRM. We can also set automated welcome email or SMS trigger to the enquiry. We can also so many more functions in this system.
