    Pros: N/A.

    Cons: DO NOT USE. Snapmuse have stopped communicating with me, failing to resolve a complaint. After refunding me for a previous erroneous charge (Free Trial Ending) Snapmuse then failed to cancel my subscription and one year later, charged me another full years subscription.

    Overall: Email complaint, with evidential emails sent to snapmuse requesting initial account cancellation have not been replied to. Snapmuse have so far refused to refund the charge.

    "Refusing to give my money back"

    Pros: No - Pros. Because I personally didn’t like their music or customer service via email. I will never use their services again.

    Cons: Snapmuse refused to refund my money back to me.
    I received a notice money was coming out, but never received an email stating my trial was running out.
    I have sent three emails stating this is unacceptable.

    The website doesn’t have a place to cancel services, but it has a place to update your card information.

    Overall: Unsatisfied with Snapmuse services because they are unwilling to work with their customers. I will not be a returning and I feel they should work better with their customers.
