"Good Product. Way too expensive" Posted 2021-09-14
Pros: The system is reasonably easy to use and intuitive. It is available online. Support, although not used for a long time is pretty good.
Cons: Online manuals are only OK.
Biggest issue is the extreme costs. We have 59 employees being paid weekly. This makes the cost of payroll software over $6500 per annum! Nearly 6 times what most other systems with similar features cost.Overall: Overall has been a good product, I just feel saddened that as a small business you are being completely gouged with their pricing model and zero interest from the company in making any changes. (which to be fair, why would you unless you started losing customers, and due to apathy it has taken us 18 months to finally get there and make the move, so perhaps that is why their attitude to changing is so staunch).
