    "Horrible and convoluted "

    Pros: Nothing about it. It is redundant and does not communicate within the system. I honestly have nothing positive to say. I am above average in using and teaching software.

    Cons: System simply does not work. Period. The system does not communicate with other users. Data is shared without permission.

    Overall: Too heavy. When guest fills out form, they may or may not get payment link. They may or may not get a QR code. They get the QR code but it is not usable by guards or front desk. Vendors given code to nothing. System is horrible.

    "Worst product for any Resort access system"

    Pros: None that we could see, the sales people talk nice - if that counts. Other than that, I could not see any reason why our resort management picked this tool.

    Cons: A poorly designed system that can't handle the needs for which they sell the software for. To begin with, they rolled out this system for some 700 resort homes in our community. There were security issues in which every home owner was able to see every other home owner's private contact (PID) information. They took a while to patch that up and poorly. They promised support for this US customer with support being available in UK hours. And there was no one in the support team during most of the promised hours of support. Chat support system was Offline most of the support hours they promised. There was no documentation and no support. Stay Away from this product. The sales team did a great job selling this, but no where to be found when the support is needed.

    Overall: I would stay away from this product. Support is terrible. Software is unstable and can't be scaled up if needed. Certainly not meant for US market.
