Pros: I loved how easy to use the software is. It's simple, friendly to look at, and effective. Also, the user interface is very easy to navigate. The responding on texts is easy to use, and great that it comes with Mobile App.

Cons: I really wish that this had some analytics, where I could see what campaigns got the most frequent and rapid responses.

Overall: I like this product and I'll continue to use it on a daily basis. Hard to argue with the pricing. Very cost effective.

Pros: SMS marketing is a way of marketing that never gets old. Using Simple texting I reach customers and leads directly on their uncrowded inbox. It works pretty great for regular marketing. You can also send transaction or promotional messages.

Cons: No cons. In my moderate usage Simple texting does well.

Cons: Sometimes screen doesn’t load fast enough and I have to refresh a few times to get it to work .

Pros: I was on a time crunch to send out a text blast to my customers on a time-sensitive issue. I messaged SimpleTexting's team via the live chat window. Sean answered, answered all of my questions, and helped me resolve my issue very promptly. Also, he was very friendly and sent a few GIF's to me after I sent him some. It was good all around!

Cons: The only con is about this SourceForge review page - FYI, every time you leave a rating for one of the rows in the "Tell Us a Little More" section of this review page, the page auto-scrolls all the way to the top of the page; I had to scroll back down every time I left a rating to do the next row. This is poor webpage functionality and it's annoying, especially as your customers attempt to give you good feedback. I'd look into correcting this ;-)
